I'm an owner of a 2016 RR Sport and I've been a customer for the past couple of years and have been really impressed by KS's workmanship. Working with the owner (co) Hovik who takes time to explain and has most parts available that lets you get in and out of his shop in a timely manner. He is also at the shop everyday and is very hands on which is great to see as a customer. I travel from the inner city of LA to Glendale to have him check out any car issues I may occur...it's worth it. Check him out.
Lovely people and incredible hospitality. Very genuine and hardworking. My car ended up having an internal computer issue which only the dealership can address, but I was referred by Hovik to a good dealer and was not charged for his time. I will definitely be back with any future issues!
Hovik and Harout at KS Complete Auto are great. After getting a ridiculous quote for brake pads on my 2014 Maserati Quattroporte from the dealer, Hovik provided a price with significant savings and performed the work flawlessly. This is the only shop I trust with my car. My parents and I have been bringing all our cars to this shop for as long as I can remember. I recommend them to anyone who asks. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! I would also like to add that I moved and don't live anywhere close to Glendale anymore, and I would still choose to drive your there to get maintenance on my car!
I would give this place a 6th star if I could. I had a pre purchase check up performed here and they got me in a couple hours after I called for a totally reasonable price. I even came an hour early and they got me in and out sooner than expected. The inspection seemed very thorough and not rushed in any way. He physically showed me what needed to be fixed and explained why. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and the estimates for repair were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place!!
I took in a car today to have KS Complete Auto do a pre-purchase inspection, and I am very happy to have found this place. Thanks Yelp! It took less than an hour, the price was very reasonable, they were able to see me as soon as I called, and best of all, were very nice! Not "nice" in the way that mechanics can be, like when I feel like I am being sweetened up to be swindled, but "Nice" in a genuine way: Knowledgeable, personable, patient, and actually wanting to explain.
Honestly, this is the first time and ONLY place I have taken my car to in the 10 years i've lived in LA where I left the place actually feeling good about my transaction with a mechanic. Before KS, I had never NOT regretted saying "take your time" to a LA mechanic. In my home state, I depended on my engine-loving dad to tell my the truth about a car or a mechanic, but whom do you go to when your dad is not around?? I have tried tens of auto repair places from Pasadena to Hollywood to Manhattan Beach and everywhere in between, all of the recommendation of friends, and, well, my friends didn't know crap! I wish I had known about this place 2 cars ago- I would have saved a lot of money and stress.
